Service Support Technician
Service Support Technician to work for a FTSE 100 organisation supporting the Whiteley office. Our customer is one of the largest British companies on a global scale and now seeking a Service Support Technician to join their expanding team.
Due to continued growth and innovation they are now looking for a Service Support Technician to join their development and product team which will be based in their Whiteley office. As a Service Support Technician you will be responsible for providing technical skills and knowledge across all Managed Service applications and environments. This will include incident resolution, problem investigation, change assessments and service release deployments issued from the standard ITIL based processes.
Please only apply if you have Windows Server 2008 experience in configuring, supporting and installing. The ideal candidate will experience in a customer facing environment and have knowledge of ITIL processes.
