An expanding managed service provider based in South Manchester are looking for an Incident Coordinator to work on their help desk to effectively and efficiently manage and coordinate all field Incidents, field engineers and spare parts to resolve incidents.
Your skills and experience; -
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Good geographical knowledge.
*Call logging / call handling experience
*Strong scheduling experience
*Resource dispatch knowledge desirable.
*ITIL process knowledge desirable.
*Ability to work well under pressure.
*Ability to multi task
*Experience in a similar role on an IT helpdesk
