My client is in urgent need of a 1st / 2nd line Support Technician to support a Windows XP / 7, Mac OS environment. Strong candidates should have extensive Active Directory, Exchange and Hardware experience. The successful candidate will have excellent skills within Networking and also possess advanced communication and troubleshooting skills. Any Microsoft certifications would be advantageous as would Blackberry / iphone support experience.
