My client is going through an unforeseen period of growth at present and is looking to bring on board a 2nd line support / support desk operator to ensure the company builds upon this. My client is a creative, dynamic organisation and are looking to bring in a friendly, organised support technician who has the motivation to progress through the ranks.

Do you have the following:

4+ years experience in an IT Support Role
Microsoft Certifications
Experience with both Windows and Mac O/S
Active Directory / Outlook / Office
