Capita is now actively seeking to appoint and experienced compliance professional to join our team in a varied, interesting and challenging role within our Group Compliance function:
Your role will be to provide support and guidance in relation to financial services bids and acquisitions including:
Regulatory risk assessmentInform and present solutions
Support transition/integration activity
Additionally support Group Compliance on regulatory ad hoc compliance projects and strategic reviews. The role does require flexibility and mobility to work within the UK and overseas as required.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements especially, but not limited to, the Financial Services Authority or equivalent.
Experience in the financial services industry, with experience within a compliance-related environment.FPC or equivalent qualification desirable.
An intelligent professional with good leadership and communication skills
Commercial awareness and focus on customer service.
Excellent communication and presentational skills.
High standard of planning skills, together with sense of urgency and ability to deliver results.
