Policy Manager - £27,000 - £37,000 North Norfolk
This pivotal role will see you provide key support to the business, ensuring that all quality assurance policies focus on the customer experience whilst maintaining regulatory compliance. You will also monitor and highlight forthcoming regulatory changes to inform proactive decision-making.
Responsible for managing the certification/evaluation administrators and deputising for the Quality Assurance Manager .
To ensure that all quality assurance policies focus on the customer experience whilst maintaining regulatory requirements and highlighting forthcoming changes.
Creating an inspiring vision of what the team is there for and what it can achieve, establishing shared values and setting stretching goals
Empower and motivate team members through appropriate delegation of authority
Coaching, supporting and developing direct reports.
To manage the external audits (Ofqual and UKAS) and report on findings to the quality assurance manager
To maintain and update the ACQSM and BESCOM manuals
With proven team leadership skills and a solid background in quality assurance, you must bring an in-depth knowledge of the current regulatory arena relating to education and training within the construction industry.
