Job Title: Real Estate Manager
Location: Daresbury, Warrington, Cheshire
Rate/Salary: Contract rate would be equivalent to the salary
Duration: 6 months +

The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
The Real Estate Manager will manage property assets across UK and Eire in order to maximise values and opportunities and minimise risks and costs. Provide expert advice and support on real estate commercial conditions to protect the clients businesses by managing real estate portfolio ( freehold and leasehold )and facilities management to align with Business plans.

Strategy & Operations of the Real Estate Manager:-
Manage/implement UK Real Estate Strategy to align with UK corporate and business model.
Responsible for the provision of property in the UK to meet the company business needs.
Analyse and review acquisitions/disposals, undertaking due diligence where appropriate to present profitable cost solutions.
The Real Estate Manager will comply with Global and Corporate directives and report on UK progress.
Appoint, control and monitor external property consultants – and lead legal and contractual aspects of UK real estate

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The Real Estate Manager will have well developed negotiation skills
Commercial, Communication, Leadership, Financial acumen
Strong Interpersonal skills
IT skills, spreadsheets , databases

The Real Estate Manager will be a - Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
Degree in Estate Management

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
The Real Estate Manager
Project management experience
Experience of working in Corporate environment ( desirable)
