Health, Safety and Environmental Manager (SHE)

Salary and Benefits - £30,000 - £35,000 + Pension + Share Scheme

Our international manufacturing client are currently looking to recruit a motivated and professional Health and Safety manager to their team. Providing a function to all of the business ensuring at all times procedures and policies are followed strictly.

Duties and Responsibilities include -

• Be the 1st Point of contact for all H&S matters
• Ensuring all risk assessments and compliance are adhered to at all times and updated accordingly
• Monitoring, reporting and updating and policies or procedures
• Promoting a safe working environment including site accident, injuries regulations adhered too
• Ensuring all Fire safety provisions and emergency evacuations procedures are being followed and carried out throughout the company
• Inspections
• Organise all site Health and Safety Training
• Meeting the site Legal requirements under the Health and Safety Legislation

Skills and experience require -

• Self motivated with a diplomatic approach
• A Team Player
• Excellent Communication Skills
• At least 2 years previous Health and Safety Management experience
