Account Manager / Product Development Coordinator
Our Client is looking for a Product Development Coordinator / Account Manager.
Our client are based in Eastwood and they looking for experienced account manager / product development co-ordinator to join their growing team. They are a global leader in shrink management, merchandise visibility and apparel labelling solutions.
Summary / Duties
Responsible for the co-ordination of all product sampling and preparation of quotations.
You will have to maintain close working relationships with the product development manager.
Manage a new account ensuring the process run effectively
Possibly one day a week on the clients site.
Responsible for creation of quotations.
Expected to understand the infrastructure and needs of the retailer. Store Visits, analysis studies and marketing initiatives.
Gain product knowledge.
Deputise for Key Account Manager.
Attend, arrange and monitor client visits / meetings.
Manage and create new accounts.
Create and provide minutes of meetings.
You must have experience working in a customer service environment, dealing with inbound and outbound calls. A background in the labelling/print environment would be a huge advantage to this position.
