Packaging Technologist

Our client is one of the UK's major multiple retailers.

In this role you will use your technical knowledge, expertise and judgement to ensure consistent delivery of innovative high end quality packaging products, whilst ensuring that sales and profit targets are still met by the business.

You will support the group strategy for packaging and ensure that brand values are maintained

You will deliver safe packaging that meets legal requirements and crucially drive innovation strategy in packaging.

It is vital that you have experience in a similar packaging role - formal qualifications in a materials or packaging would be great.

You will need technical knowledge of specifically food packaging and specialist materials and general knowledge of the manufacturing/printing process for all types of packaging.
