Spring Personnel are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to work for a leading lead generation service.

The role is to develop and contribute the sales pipeline for the data sales team and the bespoke call centre services via the telephone and email.

Your day to day responsibilities will be:

·Promotion of the brand and data sales proposition via the telephone, email and Linked in
·Identifying and developing relationships with prospects and lapsed accounts
·Sharing of competitor and market information gathered via your daily telephone calls
·Maintaining accurate records on Sage CRM
·Communicating opportunities in a timely manner to line manager, sales director or the data sales team
·Keeping an accurate record of all sales opportunities identified and communicated via excel and Sage
·Be responsible for your own learning via company websites, industry news bulletins, social media sites and colleagues
·Input into proposals for clients and prospect
·Accompany your colleagues or your line manager to trade shows, exhibitions, demonstrations
·Liaison with internal departments
·Review your own performance against targets set by your line manager, and set your objectives to keep your performance on track
·Work alongside other team members, assist and cover in their absence
·You may be required by your line manager to be involved in other tasks or projects from time to time which are relevant to your position

The ideal candidate for this position will display the following:

·Strong communicator, verbally and written
·Ability to work independently or as part of a team
·Experience of working within an office environment
·Experience of sales via telephone
·Ability to motivate colleagues and yourself
·Tenacity to work in a competitive environment
