Description

This is an excellent sales opportunity for a responsible and experienced salesperson to secure a position as a Sales Advisor with a dynamic and forward thinking mobile phone business. As a Retail Sales Executive you will work within a team of Sales Representatives and Customer Advisors attaining sales goals, delivering great customer service and contributing towards a positive team dynamic.

The mobile phone sales business is exciting and offers the opportunity to earn OTE between £18,000 and £30,000 – and even more if you are goal orientated and driven enough.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
•Experience within a targeted and active/direct sales environment is essential
•Mobile/telecoms industry experience an even greater advantage (applicants with experience in this industry will be given priority over others)
•Good track record in sales performance and the ability to attain desired results
•Excellent customer services and communication skills
•Confident, professional manner with a good work ethic

SALARY & BENEFITS - Basic Salary is £13,000 p.a. PLUS generous commission and realistic OTE of £18,000 to £30,000+ p.a.

WORKING HOURS – Monday – Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. finish on Sundays); Shift pattern is two days working followed by two days off

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•To meet and greet potential customers, identify and understand their requirements, advise them of mobile phone packages and benefits and to conclude business in professional manner but with a friendly and personal touch
•To optimise sales performance, set goals and meet sales targets and to actively participate in the shop team to ensure achievement of business objectives
•To perform all relevant administration in line with the company’s policies and procedures so that customer needs are exceeded and to guard against fraudulent or low quality sales
•To behave responsibly and continually update your business and industry knowledge
•To deputise for the Store Manager as required
•Additional tasks and responsibilities in line with needs of the business
