Telesales Executive: A Telesales Executive with an interest in technology or technical products is required to join an established sales team selling audience response systems to event companies and medium to large sized corporations and institutions. The Technical Telesales Executive should be a competent user of computer software, technically minded and be experienced in the full sales process. It is also essential that the candidate is self-motivated and has a passion for sales success. Full technical product training will be provided.
The primary function of the Technical Telesales Executive will be making outbound telesales calls in order to sell our solutions and services. Other duties will include researching, mailing and managing the interaction through our sophisticated customer management software. You may also be required to answer inbound telephone enquiries and provide technical support to customers, and manage existing clients. The variety in this role makes it an extremely exciting career opportunity for a technically minded Telesales Executive.
The Telesales Executive should be familiar with Microsoft packages, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel. The successful applicant will be able to communicate effectively and use initiative to find solutions to customer needs.
