An exciting and brand new opportunity for an experienced telemarketer or telesales person has come up within an established and well recognised business. The role is for a Trainee Business Development Executive where you will be predominantly office based however 25% of the working week will be field based. This is a very interesting job with a great business where you will see great reward for hard work!
The role is initially very much a new business sales role that develops increasingly into that of sales account managing, as accounts are gained and developed. But always with the constant requirement for new business sales calls and appointment making to ensure constant growth. So there is always the need for new business sales development at all times. Our top account managers are earning 50-70K + per annum (Developing business for over 3 years)
*The role has a requirement for a high number of telesales calls, to target and make appointments to gain new customers. A key element is for the individual to be able to build strong relationships with clients with commercial high level of commercial acumen.
*The ideal candidate must also have a strong level of administration & account management skills, and be able to work under pressure in a very busy environment.
The company you would be representing is a market leader whose turnover has grown from £50M per annum to £130M within 6 years (Established for many more years). They are an extremely stable and profitable national business that employees over 600 staff.
Main activities of this role include;
*Identify & source potential customers.
*Gain new business via telesales & appointment making.
*Visit potential customers to gain new business.
*Manage and develop gained business on day to day basis.
*Maximise profit at all times through effective account managing.
Previous ideal experience;
*Call centre, telemarketing or telesales (We would consider retentions).
*Sales office, cold calling and new business sales activity.
*Face to face sales including, appointments, door to door, field based etc.

*Educated to C grade and above in Maths and English as a minimum.
In return you will receive
*£18,500 Starting basic salary increasing to £25,500 (basic) after 26 months

The OTE (On target earnings)
In the first year of employment you should be expected to be earning above £23,000. In the second year we would expect that you will earn above £32,000. And in the third year your earning should be well over £40,000.
