Outbound Customer Service Advisor

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Call Centre Representative to join a successful team of agents based at Fulwood, Preston.

The company deal with the rental and purchasing of specific work wear in a variety of industries. The main role of the representative is to make initial contact with companies throughout the UK and ascertain how that company supplies there staff with work wear and fact find in order to see whether the company can beat them on price, selling the product to the company is key. After initial training the successful applicant will be given a specific catchment area to work on and also given 2 sales reps to work closely aside. You will stay in regular contact with the sales reps and on a daily basis call them to find out how the sales for the day went and pick up any leads that the rep may have for the following day’s sales.

The company are looking for bright, bubbly personalities to join their successful team of sales reps; the office is open plan and is lively and energetic. Throughout the day incentives are offered and there is always a nice buzz in the office.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within sales, preferably outbound and be of a confident nature and have the drive to succeed.

Hours of work are Monday – Thursday 8.30 – 4.30pm and Fridays 8.30 – 3.30pm
