Outbound Customer Service Assistant

My national client is looking for a new member to its ever growing outbound customer service sales team. This team delivers first class customer centric portfolio management via the telephone. The successful applicant is responsible for proactively retaining and growing their own desk.

You will need to be highly motivated within a team environment and exhibit high levels of self-motivation as it is a target driven environment then this role is for you!

Key Accountabilities:

Outbound customer calling, ensuring delivery of highest quality customer service.

Maintain effective relationships with all other relevant teams to maximise and sustain service quality for all customers
