Management Trainee

Taylors Estate Agents in Swindon are looking for an ambitious sales person wishing to progress into Management.

Our brand strategy for Swindon includes further expansion. In anticipation of our need for future branch managers we are looking to hire ambitious management trainees who can demonstrate the ability to list and sell to high standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar sales environment, Estate Agency experience is preferred but not essential.

We offer a basic salary, personal commission and sales bonuses, company car and profit share (at management level). Your OTE in your first year will be in the region of £24,000-£29,000.
