The Company

My client is an independent, award winning IT Services Company based in great offices near Woking, Surrey.

We are now looking to expand the sales and marketing team with an additional telemarketer / telesales/ lead generation / inside sales specialist.

The Role

As a member of the internal telemarketing team - reporting to the Marketing Manager- you will be responsible for identifying opportunities with prospective customers and expected to schedule appointments & webinars for our account managers.

The Person

In order to succeed in this role you will ideally have at least 2 years experience of working in a similar b2b (business to business) environment, working in either a telesales, telemarketing or lead generation position. You will also need to have the ability to engage and articulate IT / Technology and business value propositions to IT Managers, Directors and key Business Managers.

You should be a quick learner, self motivated, tenacious and hungry to succeed.

Ideally you will have campaign experience in the technology arena as we would like someone to hit the ground running whilst continuing to learn all about our clients’ business propositions and other products/ services within their portfolio.

The Package

To £22k basic & Bonus (dependent on skills and experience) + BUPA + Pension
