Telemarketing Executive

Telemarketing Executive: An experienced and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive is required for a growing B2B telemarketing and lead generation company based in Petersfield, Hampshire. Must show confidence and professionalism in dealing with clients via the telephone and email is essential.

The Telemarketing Executive will be making outbound calls to companies to research new customers and contacts for a variety of products and services. Since a high number of clients are in the IT sector you should be comfortable talking to technical people within the IT or similar technical industries.
Part-time and Full-time positions are available.

Person Requirements:
* Experience of telephone based sales, customer service or support
* Experience in IT sales or a technical background would be ideal
* Must be used to working in an office environment as part of team
* Computer Literate (MS Office skills such as Word / Excel required)
* Call new prospects and come across as credible and professional
* Ability to think on your feet, and be proactive and consultative on the phone
* Used to working in a structured way using Key Performance Indicators
