Business Development Manager - Fitted Kitchens and Bedrooms
North West London.
£24k to £30k basic (OTE £50-£60K)

Due to continued success and expansion, they are now looking to recruit experienced Business Development Managers in key locations across the South of England.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this is a challenging and rewarding role, as you will be responsible for the creation and management of the whole sales process through to installation and completion for the Fitted Furniture market.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and growing your own sales territory.
* Developing and managing a robust pipeline of new business prospects and opportunities with the following customer types:
o Property Developers
o New channels to market
* Communicating, liaising, and negotiating internally and externally, using appropriate methods to facilitate the delivery of profitable new business and sustainable relationships.
You will be well educated with a proven track record in selling Kitchens, Bedrooms or Home Offices, and be able to demonstrate a passion and experience for, design and sales within the diverse fields of the retail and construction markets. You will ideally possess experience of managing major accounts and large contracts within a Business Development/Sales environment. In addition, as this role is focused primarily on new business, you must be able to generate your own appointments, and be comfortable in cold calling to building sites and contractors.
You will be highly motivated, able to influence and communicate at all levels. You will have strong organisational and presentation skills, accompanied by the desire to develop long lasting commercial relationships.
Successful applicants will be required to provide their own car (expenses paid), but will be provided with office based support to produce designs and quotations for potential clients and will be supported with marketing activity if required.
