Telesales Assistant

The company are a leading supplier of high quality food and food service solutions, candidates must have proven experience in this field.
The role will involve answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, processing Orders via telephone, fax and e-mail. Outbound calls to customers within your call-set for orders, to increase sales and advise of promotions and offers.
Promoting products to increase sales in line with marketing strategies and identifying potential sales opportunities to existing customers.
Identify any service issues and liaise with the relevant department to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Advising customers of unavailable products and offering suitable alternatives.Identifying the reason for any reduction in sales and working with the area sales reps and management to resolve any issues.
Striving to deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times, and additional tasks as required.
