An exciting opportunity has arisen within one the world’s most reputable manufacturers of LED lighting, with a comprehensive product line in Hazardous, Industrial and Architectual LED lighting solutions this company is looking to seize on its chance to be a genuine front runner in the industry.
The new sales manager will lead and develop a small sales team across the UK & Ireland.
Effectively Manage a team of 3 Direct Reports and a turnover of £10 Million+.
Report to the UK Managing Director and Manage and Report on all market developments in the region, i.e. competitors, customers, market applications etc.
For identified sales opportunities you will establish customer decision drivers and jointly develop and work within your team by providing regional support during the sales process.
During ongoing proposal evaluations, you will provide feedback and advice to the about the status of proposals.
Understand the overall sales strategy of our biggest accounts and put together a strategy to develop more revenues
Have an extensive working technical knowledge of the product lines to be able to support customers and assist your team with first point advice and selections.
For sales opportunities provide market intelligence input to, and participate in Contract Bids.
This opportunity will carry a high level of autonomy and you will be expected to deliver results fast.
The successful candidate will come from the LED Lighting or Lighting Solutions Sector and possess an exceptional track record in high profile business development and management.
