Sales Advisor - Customer Support Centre
Our client, based in Borehamwood, is looking for full time Sales Advisors to work in their Customer Support Centre.
The Role
- Answer inbound Customer Support Centre emails and/or telephone calls from domestic and business customers, in a professional and timely manner, in order to generate new business
- Use sales and rapport building skills to meet the customers needs and increase business
- Meet qualitative and quantitative targets
- Demonstrate high level of product knowledge and be able to guide customers around company website
- Complete relevant sales follow up administration, logging of enquiries, using in house database
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Support Centre team as required
- Full time hours 37.5 per week,
- 5 days out of 7, some weekends
- Various shift patterns operating between 8.30am and 10pm
The Skills Required
- Proven track record of inbound telephone sales
- Drive to deliver excellent customer service and motivated to achieve targets
- Excellent telephone manner and competent in Microsoft Office (word, excel and outlook) and able to adapt to in-house systems
- Well organised and enjoys working under pressure, both as an individual and as part of a team
The Reward
- Annual salary £19,000 - £21,000
