Role: Telesales Executive
Salary: up to 18k basic plus bonuses
We are looking for a new telesales executive to join an exciting sales team in a fast growing company.
The company is offering services as business and accounting consultancy to individuals and prides itself its recent achievements.
Responsibilities and main tasks:
Supervise/ mentor and motivate a telesales department
Managing and developing accounts and results whilst working with KPIs
Prospecting clients/ chasing up every opportunities
Selling our products to our existing and new clients
Dealing with clients (calling and following up), and acting on it
Maintaining high level of customer service, building long lasting relationships and ultimately manage to obtain them to refer clients to the company
Using our bespoke software for Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Assist clients in liaising documentation from any government body to the company.
Proven successful sales experience with track record
Strong IT/ system skills including:
Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CMR (any additional IT experience would be an advantage)
High level of customer service
Excellent written and spoken English
Target driven and ambitious

Thirst for knowledge,
Confident professional telephone manner,
Presentable and approachable,
Comfortable following procedures and adapting to various IT systems and software
