Service Sales Consultant
This regional fire & security systems installer are looking for a sales consultant to join their busy team based in Essex. Candidates for this role will based from home and will be responsible for developing new business in the Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire and Suffolk areas. Candidates should be form the industry and have been a proven track record in selling fire and security installation and service packages. This position comes with a basic salary of (c)£30,000 plus uncapped commission (yearly target will be in the region of £250k), car allowance & mileage and package. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing installer.
•Proven Sales experience in the Fire & security Industry.
•Must be able to organise your own workload to maximise productivity time & avoid unproductive time & costs.
•Manage your own working hours, keeping appropriate records.
•Responsible for reporting to the owner of the company on a weekly basis for the forecasts of prospective orders, sales activity which is to include telephone calls, visits, quotes & orders.
•Must be able to work to deadlines and department budgets.
•Ability to work under pressure.
•To bring in new business to the company & manage these new clients through maintenance contracts for Fire Security Systems – Fire Alarms, Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Access Control & Small works, ensuring all client’s requirements & expectations are managed & met.
•Proactively booking appointments by Cold calling & networking.
• Identifying customer needs & preparing written proposals to deliver cost effective solutions.
•To maximise revenue from each client & meet revenue based targets.
•To provide neat, accurate & properly completed documentation for the customer & communicate all information to the company.
•Ability to deal with all customers from SME’s to large corporate clients.
•To be able to communicate confidently & effectively at all levels including site technical personnel.
•Good Organisational skills.
•Be fluent in both spoken & written English.
•To maintain a smart & professional appearance & adhere to any appearance polices at all times.
A full driving licence is also essential.
