Ambitious self-starter required to help establish this new company as the leading brand within it's field! You will join them as an associate partner responsible for a team of direct sales professionals covering the Kent region. This is initially a commission only role with realistic OTE in excess £42,000.

Our client provides high quality donor acquisition services to the UK charity sector. Working across private sites and door-to-door, they are responsible for raising tens of millions of pounds annually for their high profile client base.

This ' for purpose ' company requires a high performing Sales Leader to initially run a team of up to 12 Associates, with a view to ultimately running one of their UK business units. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attitudes:

Remuneration is initially on commission only, with a generous proportion of the business revenue offered in return for high levels of personal sales performance. The following is not aspirational - we view it as a conservative projection of earnings for the right candidate;

Associate Partner / Area Sales Manager on Target Earnings: In excess £42,000 per annum (uncapped)

Successful Associate Partners will be offered a salaried position, running their own limited company, after a period exceeding targets and on successfully passing our Leadership Mastery Programme.
