Graduate Scheme - Media Sales. Central London. £20,500 basic plus OTE.

We are looking for ambitious and eager Graduates to enter into the exciting world of Media Sales with this exciting Graduate Scheme. The determined and ambitious individual will have the opportunity to kick off a lucrative and exhilarating career within one of the fastest growing industries in the UK at present.

This client is looking for Graduates who have the drive and determination to go far in Business, but need the kick start to their career. With the extensive year-long training and support programme, they look to develop you from Graduate, to future Sales leader by equipping you with a strong business background that has a media focus. Your progress is closely followed by your Mentors, Directors and Managers, and any weaknesses are strengthened with additional support and training.

This large, Central London based company have grown rapidly, even through the recession and their success enables their expansion into Global Markets. Our client are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent communication and rapport building skills, confidence, an analytical and entrepreneurial manner alongside an interest in media, commerce and sales.

Your 'day-to-day' work will involve liaising with Media Executives as you sell media services, products and solutions to ensure their campaign is productive and will move into a client facing position in H2 of the scheme; the first step in the potentially huge progression of your career. Drive and determination to succeed within this target driven environment are also essential and these qualities will be richly rewarded. The role is based entirely within their London Head Office, but shadowing of Executives and Managers will sometimes require a small degree of travel from the successful Graduates.
