Our client, who is the market leader in repairing and preserving properties, are looking for a Field Sales Consultant to join their team in Bristol.

Your role will be to sell our client’s range of property services to commercial and residential properties around the South West.

Based in Bristol you will cover the South West region which will include Barnstable, Bridgwater, Cornwall, Devon, Exeter, Taunton and other surrounding towns.

The role:
• You will be expected to actively seek and identify new business opportunities
• Raise awareness of the various services in the local and surrounding areas
• Develop your own client base through outbound calling
• Meeting clients face-to-face
• Handle incoming enquiries

You will:
• Have a sales background within the construction industry
• Have proven field sales experience including attending face-to-face client meetings
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have experience and the ability to work towards and exceed sales/revenue targets
• Have the ability to build rapport with new and existing clients

Our client is looking to employ a Field Sales consultant that is highly enthusiastic and ambitious. You must be tenacious and strive towards your targets.

Ideally you will currently be working as a internal sales representative, external sales representative, area sales manager, sales manager, sales consultant, field sales representative, building surveyor, property surveyor, quantity surveyor, field sales surveyor, preservation sales surveyor, timber or damp surveyor.

In return for your hard work you will receive a generous salary of £19,000 - £21,500 (depending on experience) with an achievable OTE of £35,000. Other benefits include:
