Graduate Sponsorship Sales Executive - London
£20,000 basic plus £33,000 OTE.

Our client, based in the heart of the West End, is looking to expand their small but massively successful Sales team by recruiting two engaging, mature and entrepreneurial Graduates. By joining this start-up company, you will have an opportunity to input your opinion into the development and growth of a business headed by two of the most knowledgeable and experienced men in the Sponsorship Sales industry.

Having already developed an international presence, they are looking for an ambitious and commercially aware Graduate to aid their development and expansion through Business Development. This will be done alongside management of clients already using the exceptional service on offer. A high degree of communication and confidence is necessary, which should be balanced with exceptional listening and rapport building skills. By engaging companies who have big advertising and sponsorship budgets in telephone and face to face meetings you will develop and maintain outstanding working relationships which will ultimately win their business.

Your clients will vary from Investment Banks and Sports Clubs to Pharmaceutical Companies...the list goes on. In short you will be speaking with the country's biggest companies! The uncapped commission offered alongside the training delivered on the job, by those who have experience in this role, in this industry ensures you will have the ability and motivation to excel, and upon exceling will be highly rewarded.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A 2.1 degree
