THE COMPANY
You will be working for a well-established, independent, forward thinking b2b publishing company with products that are number one in their markets. The company publishes magazines, holds a variety of websites and also specialises in conferences, awards and exhibitions.

THE ROLE
The key tasks of the Sponsorship Sales Manager include:
Formulating current and prospective sponsor acquisition and retention strategies.
Developing a sales plan that delivers sponsorship revenue to hit and exceed targets
Driving and delivering new online revenue streams to the existing sponsorship packages.
Working with the events team, external partners and suppliers to ensure sponsors requirements are met and exceeded.

THE CANDIDATE
The key attributes of the Sponsorship Sales Manager include:
Proven experience of working in a sponsorship sales environment (ideally 3-5 years)
Passionate and knowledgeable with regards to selling creative sponsorship solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and sell at all levels.
Be consultative with excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.

This role is based in Sussex and is paying £40k + com + benefits.
