Social Media & Community Manager

Our Wellingborough based client is seeking a Social media and Community Manager to join their e-commerce team. Your main responsibility is for the delivery of social media forums and associated supplier engagement and support and also to drive improvement in Customer Satisfaction and Cash Profit.
*To develop and manager a social media strategy.
*To build and manage appealing social forums for targeted customer groups, maintaining an up to date knowledge of latest trends.
*You will liaise with other departments to maximise annual revenue and ensure forum content is relevant.
*To liaise with suppliers to gain brand support and to develop incentives to benefit the business.
*To maintain and update forums and social media communication with relevant content and to also to reflect yours customers wants.
*Communicate social media plans and objectives to internal and external customers.
*You will be responsible for encouraging customer and supplier discussions to enable learning and education.
To be the successful candidate you must be able to work as a team to identify and improve ways of working and build good relations and communication channels with customers, suppliers and other departments.
SALARY: up to £30,000
HOURS: 35 hours a week, flexible to meet business needs.
