Salary - £25-£31k

The Company:
My client is one of the largest providers of residential care in Norfolk. It has been a leading provider of dedicated support and differing services for people with learning disabilities for 25 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
*We have opportunities for experienced and newly qualified NMC registered Nurses.
*You will provide professional and high quality nursing input and care for our patients in their Unit/designated area of responsibility and across the Service and will provide nursing advice and support (based on sound evidence and best practice) to all staff in the multi-disciplinary team.
*You will help support our Support Workers in providing an efficient and effective quality service in your Unit and across the Service ensuring a high standard of care is delivered at all times.
The Person:
*You will possess an RNLD or RNMH qualification.
*You will be able to demonstrate evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
*You must have a sound clinical knowledge base in your area of specialism, including understanding of the Mental Health Act (1983).
*You will have experience of managing a team of staff and providing formal supervision.
*You will be able to work positively and effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
*You will be flexible in your working hours and able to work a variety of shift patterns including night and weekend working.
*You should have a positive attitude and commitment to patients, their development and the Service as a whole.
*You must be objective, non-discriminatory, approachable and professional.
