QA Scientist - Aseptic Specialist

Our Client is a prestigious pharmaceutical company, who are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Scientist (Aseptic Specialist) to join their team on a temporary basis, based in Worthing

Role Description
As a team member you will be providing QA Microbiological support to Sterile Operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a visible presence within the manufacturing area and will look to improve sterile capabilities through specialist training, coaching and mentoring of aseptic technicians, whilst supporting continuous process improvements.

Candidate Requirements:
-A Science Degree or Equivalent within a science related discipline
-Experience working within a industry environment
-Knowledge and working experience within Manufacturing and Microbiology including Environmental monitoring
-Ability to provide specialist training/coaching in aseptic techniques
-An effective communicator with good interpersonal skills
-Must have the ability to lead and work as part of a team
-Must have excellent problem solving methodology to complex technical situations within specified deadlines
-Have the ability to record and analyse data
-Have the ability to introduce change and have good problem solving skills
-Excellent communication skills as well as computer literate

Candidate Desirables:
-An understanding of Out of Specification investigations and regulatory requirements
-Previous knowledge of MERPS, Novamanage and/or LabC21
