An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Ward Sister/Charge Nurse to lead a team of healthcare and administrative staff, caring for pre and post operative surgical and medical patients. The post will be primarily based on the Day Care Ward, however will be expected to support the leadership for the 7-day Ward where appropriate, reporting to the Ward Manager.

The successful applicant will be able to evidence experience and passion to deliver excellent clinical and customer care, a commitment to efficient team working with effective communication/interpersonal skills to support the commercial success of the business.
Essential for the post:

*A strong clinical background
*Proficient computing skills
*S.L.I.P course or equivalent
*Registered general nurse
*Management experience
*ILS
*Alert
*IV skills certificate
