As the Registered Manager you will be heading the crisis/activity service within a children's residential home in Gwynedd.

It goes without saying that, as the Registered Manager, you must have experience working within residential children's services, using your excellent communication and people management skills to lead the team in providing a caring and safe environment for the young people.

The essential qualifications needed are:
5 years + in Residential children's services PLUS
2 years as a Senior Residential Childcare Worker AND
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.

The salary starts at £26,000 and is negotiable dependant on experience.
