Customer Service Clerk - Distribution/Freight
kills / Role:
* Manage bookings with customers
* Processing data on internal and external IT systems
* Direct communication with Customers presenting an professional and proactive approach to issue and operations
* Reconciliation of management information and financial revenue, dealing with any discrepancies with expediency
* Accurate filing & maintenance of our and customer records
* Respond to queries from internal/external customers promptly & professionally
* Meeting strict deadlines
* Handling large volumes of customer queries
* Order processing
* You must be able to work as part of a team
* Carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the Line Manager to ensure the effective performance of the operation.
