Temporary Travel Consultant required to work for a leading blue chip company. The company provides its members with a superb concierge service which includes providing it's VIP's with all manner of reservations from Restaurant to Theatre and hard to find Concert and Football Tickets. All the executives have a can do attitude and like to go the extra mile providing superb customer service and can find their clients anything!
Membership Travel Services provides expert advice and servicing in all aspects of Travel and Concierge to some of their elite card holders.
-This will involve working within a call centre, taking incoming calls from customers and providing a knowledgeable and consultative service.
-Booking Restaurants, Theatre Tickets, Concert Tickets, Flowers worldwide
-Using effective questioning and relationship building, you will be able to make relevant recommendations, confirm bookings and up-sell based on your thorough understanding of the products available and ability to match these to the customers' requirements.
-Proven travel or leisure industry expertise ability to manage and plan client's leisure needs
-Working within a call centre on a shift pattern reaching call and revenue targets
-Ability to work well under pressure and make recommendations roles require proven communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be speaking to and building relationships with customers on the telephone and communicating in writing both with your customers and your colleagues so the ability to communicate in a professional manner is very important.
-Solid understanding of a CRS. Sabre would be an advantage
