JOB DESRIPTION:
A suitably experienced individual is required to use their luxury product knowledge, and experience, to work for this busy tour operator, located in Cheshire. This tour operator sell luxury holidays, luxury tailormade itineraries, and luxury villa holidays.

Key responsibilities, for this luxury travel role, include:
* Receiving inbound calls and emails, servicing the enquiry and issuing quotes.
Selling luxury travel products including tailor made itineraries, Caribbean, Indian Ocean and villas's.
* Converting enquiries to bookings, using your experience / knowledge to advise on the best holiday, for your valued client.
* Using CRS Galileo.
* Offering excellent standard of service and excellent customer service to valued repeat, recommended and new clients.
* Be part of this companies on going success.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate is to be suitably experienced with CRS knowledge an advantage.
