We are searching for a proactive, self motivated and career focused Business Travel Consultant to join this reputable brand in Bradford. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will be required to service reservation enquires from customers in line with company procedures regarding flights, accommodation and car hire. With a strong focus on sales, this role will require an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and the ability to effectively communicate these products to customers to achieve maximum revenue.
You will also be servicing e-mail/telephone enquiries and ensuring quotations are serviced in a timely and competitive manner.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
As a Business Travel Consultant, candidates must have excellent customer service and sales skills. You will prepare and plan customer enquiries by telephone, e-mail or occasionally in person, and as all quotations must be returned within a 2 hour timescale, candidates should have the ability to multi-task. Candidates will ideally come from a similar travel background, with knowledge of using Sabre or Amadeus CRS. You will be required to effectively issue and despatch tickets within company policy and changing airlines requirements whilst adhering to quality control procedures.

THE PACKAGE:
A competitive starting salary of up to £18K, with further bonus (based on individual sales performance) is available for this role. Hours of work are between Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch. Cover will be required every third Saturday 10:00 - 13:00.
