An excellent opportunity has arisen within my client's organisation for an experienced HR Professional to join a market leading food manufacturer that thrives on Quality Innovation and Fun.

Reporting to the Operations Director and working with the Board Of Directors, ideal candidate will be;
• CIPD qualified
• Instrumental in implementing the Company values and business plan into Company Policies and Procedures during an important time in the company’s growth.
• Able to add Quality: exceeding expectations and delivering on the standards they set
• Innovative: constantly finding better ways to do what they do: small improvements are just as important as revolutionary changes
• Experienced in the implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures, ensuring business alignment and engagement across all functions adding Quality Innovation and Fun.
• Experienced in cultural change/ change management within an organisation ensuring that best practise is adhered to throughout the site
• Familiar with and have proven track record in HR Management within logistics/ food manufacturing
• A sophisticated and effective communicator who can translate the needs of the business across multiple functions.

The role requires having a natural flair and connection with people, and a down-to-earth approach. great at fostering motivation and maintaining morale

Salary £30-£36k depending on experience
