Advantage Healthcare, one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers, is looking for a sales driven consultant to join their established team in Hastings. Office based, the successful candidate will manage and grow an established desk, supplying nurses, carers and support workers to a variety of healthcare clients. A real team player who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, you will have first class organisational, telephone and communication skills.

The role includes:

• Growing your own desk with a passion to meet and exceed targets
• Developing excellent relationships with both candidates and clients
• Interviewing candidates and matching their skills to your client needs
• Developing new business and clients in the local area
• Undertake client visits
