Recruitment Consultant - Oil & Gas

My client is part of a 90 office organisation spanning 5 continents with well established project and global preferred supplier agreements. They are offering an extremely exciting opportunity for individuals to create their own environment and success, in the form of a new concept Shared Recruitment Centre.

The role entails high volume delivery of high quality candidates, across a wide, multi-discipline technical remit.

Recruiting into : Geosciences / Drilling / Project Management & Services / Engineering & Construction / Operations & Maintenance / etc.

My client currently requires a team of 15 recruiters, growing to 30 and beyond as required. The Manchester operation shall provide continuous and enhanced candidate delivery solutions, in support of major (global) projects, sales experience is therefore not a must, good account managers will be considered for this role.

You will be:
"Working against Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's)
"Promoting the business to the oil and gas engineers, upholding the name of the client in accordance with the company interests and procedures
"Ensuring the standard use of candidate screening practices
"Delivering quality of all outgoing candidate submissions
"Continuously exceed internal customer delivery expectations

You will need:
"A minimum of 1 years work experience in high volume relevant recruitment environment
"Proven and relevant business exposure
"Experience of establishing a successful and relevant desk.
