JOB TITLE: Recruitment Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)
SALARY: £16k per annum
LOCATION: Christchurch
HOURS: Maternity Cover
We are currently recruiting for an exceptionally strong Recruitment Coordinator based at our Clients Head Office in Christchurch, Dorset. The main purpose of this role is to support the Recruitment Manager with the day to day administration and coordination of all Recruitment across the estate.
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager your daily responsibilities will be:
• The creation of all vacancies on in house system
• Creating & posting adverts on all relevant websites
• Logging of activity on relevant spreadsheets
• Management of all ad response
• Screening all applicants for all vacancies
• Regretting applicants, arranging interviews, extending, amending & closing vacancies
• Management of CV inbox (enquiries from websites)
• CV searching on Job Boards for all outstanding vacancies
• Day to day management of Agencies
• Booking venues for all Assessment Centres, inductions & interviews
• Telephone screening
• Organisation of Assessment Centres
• Preparation of all Assessment Centre materials
• Sending out invitations for Assessment Centre
• Attending Assessment Centre across the Country when needed
• Making verbal offers to all successful candidates
• Regretting unsuccessful candidates
• All ad hoc recruitment & HR related work
To apply for this role, some of the essential skills are:
• Previous experience of working within a HR/Recruitment department
• Previous resourcing experience
• Knowledge of current Employment law & legislation
• Strong organisation & administration skills
• Previous experience of working with a Candidate Management system
• Used to working to tight deadlines
• Attention to details & accuracy
• Ability to prioritize work load
• Flexible in approach
• Full drivers licence & ability to stay away from home if & when required
• confident communication skills at all levels
• Computer literate, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Internet etc
• Good interpersonal skills
