Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Berry Recruitment is a rapidly growing independent recruitment specialist, looking for new talent to join our team. We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us in our Worthing office to work on a range of Commercial disciplines. You will learn how the recruitment lifecycle works, how to develop business relationships and how to attract the best candidates, whilst providing the highest levels of customer service to everyone that you deal with.

Recruitment is a very challenging but fulfilling career, which rewards hard work and determination; to succeed you will need previous experience in a business to business environment and have good sales ability. We will provide full training within the Berry group and you will develop all the skills needed to be a top performing Consultant.

You will need: previous sales or other business to business experience, good customer skills, professional appearance and telephone manner, driving licence and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

In return you will be rewarded with an excellent commission and bonus scheme allowing you to earn a realistic OTE of £21-25k in your first year, with subsequent years having unlimited potential. You will be a part of the growing Berry group of companies and receive all the support you need to succeed, with potential to develop and expand your career in the future.
