10 Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultants Required

Overview:

We are looking for ambitious graduates who want to pursue a career in recruitment with an equally ambitious recruitment firm.

The Company:

Our client are the leading global IT into Finance recruitment firm. They operate from London to Singapore providing programme directors to Murex analysts to a wide range of Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Management Firms and Trading Houses. They currently have a global turnover of £70m and employ over 600 IT contractors at client’s sites around the world.

The Role:

If successful you will join one of client’s highly successful teams based in the London. You will immediately be paired with a mentor/manager who will work with you one to one to ensure that you fully understand your desk. In addition you will be provided with excpetional training around your market including how to be a trader, designed to ensure you understand your market from the inside out.

Day to day you will be working with your clients to identify their current requirements then sourcing relevant contractors to fill those vacancies. Souring will be carried out using our clients excpetional database, utilising Linkedin and gaining referrals.
