Recruitment Consultant

Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity here in our very own office! We are looking for an enthusiastic, sales focused, money motivated team player to join our close and friendly team.

As the recruitment consultant for the perms side of the business you will be able to run your desk like its your own business, bringing on new business through innovative sales and relationship building all whilst providing your candidates with a world class service.

The role will require:
- interviewing candidates to establish their career ambitions and matching them to their prefect roles.
- Providing existing and new clients with up to date market knowledge and recruitment guidance.
- Spending time out of the office visiting your clients to gain a full understanding of their business, culture and job specifications.
- Calling leads to bring on new business.
- Writing job adverts to attract the right candidates
- Overall managing the recruitment cycle from start to finish.

The ideal person for this role will have:
- An ambitious and self motivated attitude
- A strong desire to sell and gain new business
- Fantastic relationship building skills
- An organised nature
- A proven track record of working in a target driven environment
