Graduate Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Reporting to the Head of Compensation and Benefits, the role will involve:

Salary surveys - evaluating existing and proposed jobs and classify them according to their levels of responsibility and importance to the company
Researching market comparators and contribute towards the development and maintenance of compensation structures to enable informed decision making about remuneration strategy and value/cost
Participate in appropriate salary surveys, examine predictions for market changes in salary ranges, interpret salary data and perform analysis
Building job mapping framework, salary band and pay tables and grading structures for agreement with the business units
Process map C&B schemes
Assisting with the formal production of all C&B policies, processes and procedures
Assisting with the communication and implementation of the various components of the pay and rewards program, which might include base pay, bonuses, incentives and recognition programs
Assist with benefits administration function
Ad hoc reviews/analysis and projects as required The ideal candidate wil have:

Advanced MS Office skills - Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation, etc)
Good attention to detail and be highly organised
Strong analytical, verbal and written skills
Great Communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with senior levels
Knowledge of survey and job mapping methodologies - this would be an advantage.
