We are currently working with one of the premier recruitment companies in the Energy Recruitment sector with substantial financial backing and 3 offices in the U.K. and one in the Middle East it is a great place to start your career in recruitment.

You will be employed as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant working within the Energy Recruitment market. My client covers Oil and Gas, Nuclear and the Renewable energy sectors and are currently making a huge impact within these sectors. They have recruited some of the leading Recruitment Consultants from their competitors to ensure they have an excellent management team in place. Energy Recruitment is less saturated than other recruitment markets such as IT and Finance, this means that there is more opportunity to deal with major clients from day one and if you prove yourself, progress extremely rapidly.

The rest of my clients growth over the next 5 years will predominantly come from the hiring of Graduates. They have a Graduate Training Scheme in place and you will receive both one on one and group based training over the first 3 months of your career to enable you to have the best start possible. You will be dealing with candidates and clients from day one - this is a very practical job and you need to be prepared to take on a lot of responsibility quickly. The rewards on offer are amazing - Basic salaries start from £18,000 and with commission you should be looking to earn in excess of £35,000 in your first year.

You will be sourcing the best talent across the energy sector to work for your clients that you personally go out and find. You really do have complete control over what you do in this job and the harder you work the more rewards you will get.
