We are currently seeking to appoint two ambitious, Client and target driven, intelligent, opinionated and sales focused Consultants as part of our continued Sector expansion.

This is a full 360 Consultancy remit - You will be responsible for managing and developing your own ‘desk’ within one of the key sectors within our Business, taking every opportunity to maximise new and existing business opportunities and always providing excellent delivery focussed customer service to your clients and candidates.

Accustomed to working directly at the Client interface, you will visit, pitch & win new and existing clients, developing a close, professional ‘consultancy’ relationship. You will work on both short & long term strategic objectives with Clients, establishing their requirements and utilising your relevant skills and knowledge to assess and deliver their Client needs. Equally you will work proactively with a key selection of truly high calibre professionals, matching relevant skills and experiences to the clients' needs.

You must be accustomed to meeting your candidates face-to face and be skilled at ‘unlocking’ them to ascertain their skills and requirements, with the inherent ability to treuly understand the key cultural nuances so often critical in ensuring we deliver beyond a Clients aspirations.

Your motivated sales drive will reflect in your resilience and determination when developing your desk and your strong customer focused attitude will show through your enthusiasm and tenacity when managing Client projects and interviewing/placing candidates.

You must be able to demonstrate a keen eye for an opportunity, exceptional communication skills and a demonstrably strong track record of Client/Sales centric approach. A true conviction in your own opinion & self belief is invaluable and most importantly you must possess the energy, passion and desire to build strong internal & external relationships as a key part of a truly motivated business.
