Badenoch & Clark are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor for a 3 month fixed term contract based in Guildford.
As a HR Advisor you will provide support across a range of generalist HR areas, liaising with the business as well as the HR centres of excellence.
Specific responsibilities will include (but not be restricted to):
* Advising managers on all employee relations issues such as attendance management, discipline, grievance and flexible working requests.
* Providing guidance and ensuring compliance with employment law.
* Ensuring fairness and consistency through policies and processes.
* Advising on best practice management.
Candidates must have strong MS Office skills and have experience of using a HR System.
Candidates must be available at short notice and will be expected to hit the ground running.
